 By submitting to RailPower Technologies Corp. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “RailPower”) your resume, transcripts, or other documents containing personal information about you or others, including information provided in the course of any interviews or correspondence between you and RailPower, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of such personal information by RailPower: (i) to assess whether to grant an interview to you or an offer of employment; (ii) to contact references provided by you, including the collection of additional information from such references; Although personal information is generally collected for the specific position for which you have applied, RailPower may use such information to consider your suitability for other positions at RailPower. In respect of any personal information about other individuals that you have provided to us, you confirm your authority to consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of such personal information for the purposes listed above.
