Mitch Gillispie has close to 30 years of experience in the North American Railway industry, gained in various positions with large locomotive manufacturers. Mitch Gillispie joined Railpower in December 2005 as a Lead Systems Engineer and was promoted in 2006 to Manager, Systems Engineering. In 2007 He was promoted to the position of Director, Field Service where he successfully reorganized that crucial function. He is renowned for his deep knowledge of the Company’s products and its customers operations. He also holds an engineering degree from the Washington State University. |
Richard Laliberté :: Chief Restructuring Officer

Richard has extensive experience in engineering management and process development. Prior to joining Railpower, Richard spent five years at Avestor, a world leader in lithium-metal-polymer batteries. He was a senior director responsible for process and product development including cost reduction programs. Richard attained his engineering degree in physics and masters degree from the Université Laval. |

Kamila has acquired extensive experience as corporate counsel at Bombardier Transportation as principal advisor in charge of all legal aspects related to the launch of High Speed trains in North America. She has expertise in bid preparation as well as contract management of large transit projects. She has also worked as a private law practitioner with Heenan Blaikie and De Man Pilotte, where as partner, she represented large maritime transportation corporations. A Bachelor at law, she also obtained a MBA at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal. |
