Norman Gish, Chair
Norm is the former Chairman, President and CEO of Alliance Pipeline. He retired from the top post at Alliance in March of 2001. His earlier gas experience includes being President and CEO of Northern Canadian Oils Limited, President and CEO of Turbo Resources, Chairman of the British Columbia Energy Commission and managing director of Fracmaster China Limited. Norm is also a director of Falconbridge Limited and Trustee of Superior Propane Income Fund. |

Randy C. Billing
Mr. Billing recently retired as partner with Ernst & Young, where he worked as a risk advisory services, consulting and external audit partner for over 25 years. He has worked with many Boards of Directors on a wide array of issues such as risk assessment, Sarbanes Oxley and Canadian Bill 198 compliance, internal audits, acquisitions and accounting and auditing matters. He advised various companies on designing and evaluating of internal control systems and acted as senior consulting partner for major Canadian public companies. |

Roland is a retired top manufacturing executive of internationally renowned Canadian corporations. He retired as Senior Vice President, Canadian Pulp and Paper Manufacturing Group of Domtar Inc. in December 2005. He also spent several years at Bombardier as Vice President Manufacturing of the mass transit division, President of the rail and diesel division, and Executive Vice President Manufacturing of Bombardier Aeronautique. |

Jolene Molitoris
Jolene was the first woman Administrator of the Federal Railroad Administration, a position she held for eight years during the Clinton Administration. She was designated one of Railway Age's "'Most respected and admired Great Railroaders of the 20th Century". She was President and CEO of GeoFocus LLC, a provider of real time Automatic Vehicle Location technology, from 2001 to 2005. Jolene also served in top positions at the Ohio Rail Transportation Authority and the Ohio Department of Transportation. |

Dominic J. Taddeo
Mr. Taddeo retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Montreal Port Authority in November 2007 after 23 years at the helm. Prior to his appointment to that position in 1984, he successively held the positions of Director of Finance and Administration and Director of Operations after he joined the Montreal Port Authority in 1974. Throughout his career, Mr. Taddeo has taken an active role in the advancement and promotion of the transportation and maritime industry in Canada and abroad. Mr. Taddeo was previously elected to the Board of Directors of the Laurentian Bank of Canada, and was a member of the bank’s Audit Committee and also Chairman of the Audit Committee from November 2002 to October 2005. |
